PROCEDURE REPAIRS, WARRANTIES AND WAREHOUSE RETURNS

• Fill in RMA form
• Mention the reason for return shipping and / or state credit
• make RMA number online
• Products must be properly packed
• Products for credit will only be accepted in original packaging
• Damaged products, products whose serial number is missing, products with damage and / or improper use will not be accepted
• always return the RMA goods with a clear description and mention the invoice number of Digital innovations
• The product should be sufficiently stamped (unstamped shipments will be refused)
